About Marina FAW
Born in Toronto and raised in Brasília, Brazil, Marina FAW is a Brazilian multidisciplinary artist whose practice moves between the tangible and the unseen. She earned her BFA in Drawing and Painting, with a minor in Jewellery Making, from OCAD University in 2018.
Her work is rooted in the culture and landscapes of her homeland, weaving folklore, memory, and nature into visual narratives. FAW is drawn to the spaces where the ethereal and the material coexist, exploring their meeting points through form and story.
